A message from our Director
First off we would like to thank each and everyone of you for your willingness to adapt. We are so blessed to have a group of parents who not only think of the safety of their own but of others. Our little ones mean everything and with the common goal of keeping them safe and healthy we can work together to make this time less scary for everyone
Appreciatively,
Sandra Cardenas
Director of Kids of The King
Protective measures
+ Shoes
We ask that all parents provide a pair of closed-toe EVA shoes and ask that they help encourage our little ones to take off their outside shoes before entering the classroom.
+ Hygiene
Please keep finger nails trimmed to the shorter length possible. Trimmed nails keep from dirt and germs collecting
+ Admission
Per federal guidance, pick up and drop off of children will be done outside of daycare. Parents are asked to wait at doorway.
+ Personal Items
We ask parents/guardians to help keep all toys/belonging at home during this time. Please refrain from leaving these items in their bags/ backpacks. By doing so we ensure all toys used in the classroom remain thoroughly disinfected.
+ Attendance
If absent, notify us by calling or sending a text with the reason of absence and if any illness like symptoms arise.
+ Temperature
Upon entry staff will check temperatures for sighs of a fever as well as periodic temperature checks during the day. Parents will be also be checked at drop off and pick up.
+ Wellness Check
During the day we will be keeping an eye our for blisters, rashes, pink eye and diarrhea. Oxygen saturation will be monitored by a finger pulse oximeter.
+ Sanitary
All toys are disinfected throughout the day. We are temporarily only using easy to clean toys with hard surfaces and routinely disinfecting high traffic areas.
+ Social distancing
Caregivers are implementing social distancing to ensure their personal health and encourage families to do the same.
